Griffin describes the subtle body as an intricate architecture of the three rivers—sushumna, ida, and pingala—along with the chakras, their petals (the 100 fibers), and the 72,000 nadis, all of which carry karmic impressions, samskaras, and the mechanics of perceived reality.

A central theme of the discourse is integration: the idea that the human mind-body continuum is ordinarily dispersed across countless “times,” energies, and karmic streams flowing through these fibers. Through Shaktipat, Kundalini awakening, breath (SoHam), and sustained sadhana, the rising current of consciousness begins to capture and purify the tributaries of the subtle body, clearing karmic debris and synchronizing these scattered energies into a single pulse or unified moment. As the kundalini surges through the chakras and fibers, illumination increases by stages, activating the sahasrara at the top of the head—described as a multidimensional field of enlightenment containing countless organs of pure consciousness and the bindu above the brahmarandhra.

Griffin further links this integrative process to liberation from the wheel of time and cyclic existence, explaining that the movement of prana through the fibers generates the phenomenal world and the bardo states of mind. When consciousness is flooded with the light of the Ocean and all energies are aligned into one time—ultimately into “no-time”—the practitioner experiences Nirvikalpa Samadhi, where the individual river of identity dissolves into the Ocean of Consciousness. The Intensive itself is framed as a transmission event in which the teacher conducts the light of Nirvikalpa into the student’s system, accelerating purification, integration, and the gradual transformation of the physical, subtle, and mental bodies into a unified field of awakened awareness rooted in eternity.
