"The full flowering of the third eye happens when the Kundalini goes straight up the back of the spine, hits the seat of the bindu here, folds over the crown of the head on the top, and fires through the core of the brain."
Meditation Master Mark Griffin
Bindu-Kundalini Meditation presents a direct exploration of awakened kundalini as the essential force of spiritual transformation within the tantric tradition transmitted by Mark Griffin. Through sustained inner practice, practitioners are led into immersion in the movement of shakti through the subtle body, emphasizing refined energetic awareness, concentration, and meditative endurance.
At the center of the teaching is the recognition of kundalini as a purifying intelligence that transforms the psycho-physical system. As attention stabilizes within the sushumna and subtle channels, practitioners begin to observe the refinement of energy and prana, including the clearing of karmic patterns and the activation of higher centers of perception.
The meditation gives particular emphasis to the bindu at the crown and the subtle architecture of the upper brain as pivotal loci of awakening. By directing awareness through the central channel and stabilizing attention in these higher structures, the teaching outlines a pathway through which individual identity begins to yield to a more expansive field of consciousness.
As the practice deepens, kundalini is revealed not as theory but as lived transformation—an embodied process shaped through disciplined meditative practice and the influence of Shaktipat. Within the broader body of Griffin’s teachings, Bindu–Kundalini Meditation offers a foundational framework for understanding kundalini activation, subtle-body refinement, and the movement from individualized awareness toward universal consciousness.
